Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of this program made by consumers residing in the UK and the European Union (EU). # 1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day after your payment is processed ("Withdrawal Period"), without giving any reason. **Before Services Begin:** If you exercise this right before any live/coaching sessions have commenced, you will receive a 100% refund. **Express Request to Start Early:** If you request to begin your program during the 14-day Withdrawal Period, you must provide your express consent. If you subsequently decide to cancel within the 14 days, you will receive a partial refund. This refund will be calculated proportionally based on the services already delivered up to the moment you notify us of your cancellation. ## 2. Voluntary Cancellation Policy (After the 14-Day Period) If the statutory 14-day Withdrawal Period has expired, or if you wish to discontinue your program, the following specific cancellation terms apply: If you have already attended live coaching or Q&A sessions and wish to discontinue your membership, a partial refund will be issued as follows: *1 x 1 hour session completed:* We will refund 50% of the original price paid. *2 x 1 hour sessions completed:* We will refund 25% of the original price paid. *If 3 or more 1 hour sessions completed:* No refund applicable. ### 3. Processing of Refunds Where a refund is approved, we will endeavour to process your reimbursement within 5 working days. In accordance with UK and EU consumer laws, all refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive your clear notice of cancellation.
