Practitioners and Trainers

If you work to improve the health and wellbeing of others, you'll be familiar with the, hopefully just occasional, disappointment when despite your and your client's best efforts, the hoped-for results are limited or even absent.
There will be cases where sub-optimal breathing is a contributing factor or even the cause of the poor response to your work.
Do you want to find out how and why this can happen? What does dysfunctional breathing look like? Is it always obvious? What are the knock-on effects? How does your client sleep? Are they frequently anxious? What type of breathing exercises can support them? Which ones might exacerbate their problems? Which ones could be contraindicated and, importantly, for which clients?
We offer two ways to discover the answers to these questions. The most thorough option is to take the 5 session Breathing for Health program. This way you will experience first-hand what it feels like to undergo breathing retraining, along with information directly relevant to you as well as providing answers to the questions above to help you to better support your clients. This training can be booked via our Booking Calendar at a cost of €299 for the complete program. More information about the program is available here.
The other option is to book a half day workshop for yourself and any of your colleagues who are also therapists / practitioners / instructors / coaches / trainers, delivered at your place of work if you're in Berlin or online if preferred or if you live and work elsewhere. The price for the workshop is €400 for a maximum number of 8 participants. Please contact us directly so that we can arrange a suitable date and time for the workshop and let us know the number of participants involved. The details can be discussed in a brief Zoom call if this is preferable.
For more background information there's a blog post which you can access here.
