It may be that the majority of us go through periods of our life when we don't treat ourselves well, but most of us tend to not talk about it. Callum Weir spoke to us very candidly in this interview about what he was choosing not to see in order to maintain his lifestyle, but when the excesses of that lifestyle became too hard to ignore, he made changes that he has never regretted.
