About the event
Sprouts are super-concentrated packages of nutrition as they contain all of the life-force that enables it to grow to its adult version.
Annette has been sprouting beans, grains and seeds for almost 20 years so as to ensure there is always a constant supply of fresh, nutrient rich produce in the kitchen. She knows a lot about what works, what doesn't work and what to look out for.
In this presentation you will learn how to sprout seeds such as broccoli seed, grains and beans as well as which beans NOT to sprout. You will learn about the jar method which can be done with any large jar, and two different sprouting tray methods. And we will also discuss why incorporating them in our diet is so valuable. You will be invited to ask questions at the end so that you leave the presentation with the knowledge and confidence to start germinating in your own kitchen!
After the event, you will have access to all of the how-to materials included in the presentation to guide you to create your own kitchen sprouting garden.
