About the event

This presentation will be delivered by Annette and Graham Henry, one of whom does avoid gluten while the other does not. We will convey all that we know as well as how we manage gluten-free eating and make it part of a nutritionally balanced and very enjoyable way of eating! We are very happy to answer questions and we will provide you with some of our favourite suggestions for practical and nutritional approaches when avoiding gluten.
