Whilst a personal element to breathing retraining is essential because of our uniqueness, (did you know our breathing is as individual as our fingerprint?) sharing the experience with others can enrich progress in ways that may otherwise not happen.

That is one of the reasons for the nature of the Q&A and Practice sessions. You will share most¹ of your half hour sessions with others. You will hear feedback and challenges from others as well as their questions and their ideas about how to integrate practice into their day-to-day life. Your continued practice of the exercises, and introduction of new exercises in these sessions will be a shared experience.

Annette will be the facilitator for these sessions². She will take the questions and add both new exercises and new information as it becomes available. Breathing-related scientific research is growing such that new information continues to emerge. Annette attends monthly classes with Patrick Mckeown and other Buteyko Clinic-trained practitioners. This keeps her updated and enables her to ask her own questions.

You will get a choice of 3 of these half hour Q&A and Practice sessions every month. These will be emailed to you ahead of time with the appropriate Zoom link which you can then add to your own calendar. You will also get a reminder email closer to the time of each session. You are welcome to state which session you want to attend, but equally you can simply join the call at the stated time.

¹There may be occasions when you will be the only person at the practice session you have selected. In this instance the half hour will be yours to ask and practice whatever you most want / need.

²In the event of an absence, eg illness, Graham will host the session.
