Doctors Daring To Be Different

Dr Linda Mizun & Dr Erica Lin are both doctors on a mission. Each despairing at the ravages that chronic lifestyle conditions are inflicting on ever-increasing numbers of their patients, and frustrated at the limitations of the default medical system to address the root cause of disease rather than just treat the symptoms, they decided to join forces and do something about it.

Their collaboration resulted in the creation of their free educational platform Afternoon Tea with Docs . By sharing the wisdom of evidence-based lifestyle medicine as a means of managing and preventing chronic disease, they are now inspiring and empowering anyone and everyone who cares to jump on board to enjoy good health.
